Funny thing is, I was getting to the point where the coverups were so unflattering that I was wondering whether to forgo them altogether. What was worse: exposing my over-40 body in a swimsuit (surprise! it jiggles) or wearing a shapeless sack? Eventually, I decided that twenty years from now, when I really had to wear muumus, I would regret that I rushed the process.
This dress from Athleta is billed as a swimdress because it's made from swimwear fabric. I see it as the perfect coverup:
