Whether it's Nina Garcia, InStyle Magazine, Vogue or Ines de la Fressange, a blazer is on every fashionistas list of wardrobe essentials. As someone who doesn't live in New York or is a fashion editor, my blazer is something I wear infrequently. But if I were to leave mine on a restaurant chair somewhere or inadvertently tear it, I know I would immediately start looking for a replacement. And that's a good enough reason to consider it an essential!

Mine would be the Eddie Bauer one. I wonder if there's some 'personality' link to the style of blazer you wear.
